How does this really work?

It’s easy! After selling an Online Memorial to a family you need to collect this basic information:

The Memorialized Person’s First and Last Name

- and -

The Purchasor's Information (your customer), which includes:

Purchasor's First Name, Last Name
Purchasor's Address
Purchasor's Phone Number

That’s It! Use that data to fill out our order form – be sure to spell everything accurately.  Then work the QR Code you’ve chosen into the memorial design. In a few weeks or less – you’ll receive a permanent printed QR Code, a Certificate for the family that contains access information to their site and a one page document for the family on how to get started. Mount the QR Code and give the documents to the family and you’re done!  If the family ever needs help, our Partner (MeM) staffs a toll-free support line during business hours that you’re family may call when they need help working with the Online Memorial.

Why do you need the family / purchasor's information?

This is only for our web partner's use in supporting your customer. We do not maintain this information in our records and we will never contact your customer.
